• Anti-Oppression & Equity Consulting

Many DEI initiatives ultimately fail due to a lack of accountability in implementation and practice. This is the key difference between DEI and Anti-Oppression. With a Master's degree in Feminist Studies and Critical Race and Ethnic Studies, I bring a unique combination of lived experience, education, and training to help organizations build Cultures of Accountability rooted in anti-oppressive principles. My approach goes beyond superficial DEI initiatives, and instead seeks to recognize, name, and uproot the deep-seated injustices and inequities that perpetuate harm. Together, let's co-create anti-oppressive solutions on our way to a reimagined world.
